After 4 trips to Japan, you’d think I finished combing through the wondrous catalogues of Japanese drugstores. However, with so many products to try, I’ve only managed to scratch the surface of the sheet masks selection and a bit of the makeup.
Only 2 weeks in Japan and so many places to visit! A 7-day Japan Rail Pass (giving us access across the country) would have set us back by $350 each!
Guesthouse Raicho was one of those places you wished you could stay for one more night, at the very least. Their hot springs were the most fabulous part of our stay but it definitely wasn’t the only thing we liked about the accommodation.
Universal Studios Japan (USJ) is one of the must-do places when you visit Osaka. And the biggest draw for me is definitely the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, the closest thing to living my Hogwarts dream.
Kyoto provides a nice alternative to the buzzing city life in other major cities such as Tokyo and Osaka. With its rich heritage, majestic temples and sublime gardens, there’s just so much to take in within a day in this cultural capital of Japan.
Lake Kawaguchiko is one of the spots that is rising in popularity, largely due to its accessibility and gorgeous panoramic views of Mount Fuji.
